About the instructor

Hello, I'm Anneka the founder of Faith Pilates.

I have been practicing Pilates in my personal life since I injured myself from high impact training. I fell in love with the low impact exercises and how the method made my body and mind feel.

Fast forward a few years of being a primary teacher, I decided to train as a Pilates instructor - here I am today! I pride myself on completing a high level of training across the Pilates repertoire. I continue to develop my practice each day to help my clients get the most from their sessions. 

 

 

Personalised Classes

I offer tailored Pilates classes to suit all skill levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome.

Current class types on offer:

  1. Mat Pilates - a mixed ability class using the key principles of the original Pilates method, created by Joseph Pilates.
  2. Beginner Pilates - this class type is for people new to Pilates at a steady pace with detailed explanations of movement/form. 

Calm Environment

The relaxing environment at Eastthorpe Hall promotes calm throughout the session. All sessions end with a guided relaxation, focusing on breath work and stretching out tight muscles.
